Nobody answers the phones

I bought SIMS 3 stater pack ave tried numerous times to install it without any success. I called the help line at 011 516 8300 today, and was infromed that Michael van den Berg will cal me back, this was around 14h00, I am still waiting for his call. At 16h00 i called again and ended up speking to a person in the USA. HE said that i should call the same number again when I get home for assistance and they will be available until 10h00 South aFrican time. When i phoned after 17h00 they were closed. All i want is assistance in installing a computer game
