Of all the places I have ever lived, this place has the worst service record ever. First of all, the advertisements online fail to specify that the building (which is new and in great condition) is surrounded by dirty, grafitti smeared buildings, which do not inspire safety in the area. As if to confirm this, in the three months I have been here, I have had my food time and again (they promised to put cameras but never did); a tenant had her laptop from her room; the visiting friend of a tenant had his car window smashed, and the building computer was mysteriously (you need a tag and finger print scanner to enter). Today is my last day here am moving out today, unable to live this way, and suddenly, the service I have been receiving has changed tone. The wireless internet has a problem of going, usually it is attended to but today I was told in the rudest manner by the manager 'to work wherever because there is internet' and he refused to attend to my problem like he usually does. (he has never spoken this way before, but now I am leaving so I suppose professionalism is gone). whatever you do, do not stay in this building, my worst three months of rental ever!
