No feedback on maintenance issue

We have been leasing a flat for the last six years now. Never skipped a payment once! We had our bath re done, but it started to peel again. I phoned the company and they told me that they will come and do the touch up work, but we needed the cold water tap replaced due to constant leaking and continues washer replacements (by me). I asked them to take it up with the agency directly as they are contractors with them. This was in March 2013. On 27/3/2013 I personally phoned in and was told that Mrs Knight will only be back after Easter weekend, but they will relay the message to her. On 10/4/2013 I emailed through my query again and also informed them that a previous matter regarding the wooden flooring has also not been looked at as yet and is now turning into a headache. On 16/4/2013 I phoned in again and was told that the message would be conveyed to Mrs Knight again. I have still not been contacted to date. Should I maybe hold back on the rent and wait for the accounts department to rather call me? I have been a happy tenant up and until now but if this carries on for much longer this might change..
