Appalling Service - couldn't care less attitude

We are parents of 4 students who rent a property, 179 Duxbury, Hatfield, for accommodation close to the University of Pretoria where they are studying. The rental agreement was signed by one of the students with Aryna Edwards Company. The ladies moved in, in January 2013 where an exorbitant list of issues were reported, in writing, to Aryna. The condition the unit was left in by the previous tenants is appalling to say the least which is ultimately the responsibility of the managing agent, Aryna Edwards to check and rectify prior to the ladies moving in, and so our journey began. Some were fixed but not the major problems i.e stinking dirty carpets (washed 2X), leaking skylights, electrical, broken pool with rotting water etc. The way I interpret the attitude is that they deal with students often and couldn't care less about paying customers, the parents, blatantly stating that if I am not happy I should find alternative accommodation for my daughter.

I have never received such poor and unproffessional service from any supplier before and their "couldn't care" attitude is highly questionable. Shocked! Next steps if no response - report to the National Consumer Commission
