Attitude

We visited their office with regards to buying a unit off plan on one of their developments. I was told there were no 3 bedroom units available. I got the forms and was told to select a 2 bed unit from the website, fill in forms and pay the deposit. On checking the website we found a 3 bedroom unit which clearly showed available. I left a message for the agent who did not bother to call me back. I finally got hold of him and was told that i would have to go on a waiting list for a 3 bed. I did not understand this but felt that something was not right. I got a friend who
is White to call this morning and she was told in no uncertain terms that a 3 bedroom was indeed available with absolutely no waiting list. I called Jacques and his superior a man by the name of Brian and both were extremely rude to me. I am Indian, have an excellent credit record and the deposit required and I am disgusted with their attitude.
