Criminal Case Against Notel 1454/2/2013

I have laid a charge against Notel International and it's CEO John (Johannes) Venter. This company has taken a full payment for accommodation related services without supplying the service and no refund has been paid. This seems to have been a recurring practice and there are other similar complaints on HelloPeter.
