I own an apartment in Cape Town that was leased by Notel International. My apartment was let from October 2012 to mid January 2013. I had to pay R14 750 to upgrade the unit to a standard just to find out not all the items on the list was bought for my unit.

During the 3 and a half months I only received one months rental. I occupied my unit due to a breach of agreement by Notel International. Always a problem with accounts.

Beware of these guys, they are simply, using your investment property to make serious money and you end up having to pay the bond, insurance, levies, etc.
