Never so insulted

I am shocked by the unprofessionalism of city property. To my surprise yesterday, 8 April I was summoned with a letter stating that I'm on arrears of R1148.00 with my monthly rental. Today, 9 April I took all my deposit slip and went to their offices on Loveday street in Johannesburg, I was assisted by a petite, fair skin coloured who said her name is Milay Abdin. I don't believe she was using her real name by the way she was so rude to me when I explained the issue, disgusted by her treatment I then asked for her name. She said "Milay, I can also give u my ID number or you can google me if you want and you'll find all my details", I'm quoting exactly her words. I would like to see justice done about this, and the fault arrears removed as they pause an insult on me.
