Agent couldn't be bothered about service

I am situated in Johannesburg and have been investing in property for long. I was very keen to purchase a property or 2 in Cape Town and requested basic info, numerous times, from Essie Esterhuizen, the allocated agent.

I have worked with Prop24 before, but was very embarrassed on their behalf at how this agent just dis not bother to assist at all and just replied to one email of mine, stating "when do you want to view". I want info Essie, as requested, before I just fly down to Cape Town to view.

This is unprofessional and definitely not in line with the ethical value adding service Property24 makes out to deliver to customers. I can easily take my money elsewhere, but this is just the principle that counts here.
