The worst bad attitude ever experienced

I have been this property agent several times for the past 5 month's, asking them to come the driver way back gate. On tuesday when I phoned them again I asked "why don't you phone your clients back. She answered " don't try to be FUNNY this is a switch board we don't see you number" I said but mum I signed a contract with you so you don't have my details with you in the office. She kept on persisting that I'm trying to be FUNNY
