Attitude Beyond Belief

Not only do they not respond to any emails, phone calls or any approach what so ever, when you eventually get through, they have the nerve to tell my girlfriend that " I've been in business, longer that you have been alive girlie". She has been waiting 6 months for them to respond to her emails with regards to the damage to the property moved into, and now that she has left, after paying an additional months rent, they refuse to contact us with any resposne to her queries.

Sorry to say, but they have dented my confidence in the Rawson Group as a whole, and should be ashamed that as they claim on their website "Your in Good Hands"
