NO ACCOUNTABILITY BAD SERVICE

Hey are literally charging me exorbitant funds for things in which were not done in my flat. iI was asked to replace all lights in the apartment of which i did i would not refit the cover due to my length they are charging me R150 as well as refitting the DB cover for the main switch in the bedroom which was long loose and i'm being charged R300. please assist me in regards to the below. i'm also being charged R 1000.00 for termination of contract in which was no cost to them i i found the current tenant of which rent was increased and he paid all costs due to them, they cant explain why they are doing so despite the contract.

I PAID A DEPOSIT OG 3960 ZAR I'M ONLY GETTING 2300 BACK... They are the worst agents i've come across who are just there to people dry.

I have proof for all of this please tell me who to contact

Please assist me as i cannot have them rip me off like this
