Lack of responce or feedback

I have been having nothing but issue and bad service from this branch

starting more than a month ago i have been replying to adverts regarding places for rent in the queensburgh area as i need to find a placed before end of Feb and all the adverts i have sent replies to have gotten no response and if there was a response it was days later only to tell me that the place had been taken

i have attempted to get a meeting with an agent for little over 3 weeks now getting the same excuses day in and day out and i have had enough i was eventually promised by john paiken (no longer an employee fro just letting) and Julie koekemoer that the new agent will contact me on the day that he or she started (03/02/13) and nothing

today (12-02-13) i replied to another property seconds after it had been uploaded only to find that the agents are Just letting

if any1 knows of another good agent in the queensburgh area please reply to this post as bad service like this should not be tolerated
