Bad building quality and

We moved into a unit where MIKE of Landsdowne neglected to tell us about the leaking and the moulding on the walls. the smell is so bad that its affecting the health of a 5 year old child living in the unit. The Paddocks" is a newly built complex and the building quality is very poor. Mike never returns calls or responds to emails.we have been complaining about the state of that unit for nearly 3 months now. they have since managed to do absolutely nothing regarding this matter.
