Our property in Durban was not managed

My husband and I own out flat in Durban. Skyline procured and were the managing agents. We have had so many issues with them. Firstly our tenants left our flat noone told us an procured other tenants without us knowing. We asked them to install a prepaid elec meter an were very specific that it must be the one through the municipality. They installed the wrong one and didn't upskill our new tenants on how to use it. This meant I received a desperate phone call on a Thursday from the tenants to try and get them electricity. We firstly didn't know the elec meter was being installed and secondly it was the wrong meter!! We have since asked to terminate our contract with them but they haven't sent us termination documents. This is beyond ridiculous.

Do not let skyline property manage your property! They do not care and they do not reassure you through actions that your property is being properly managed.
