Negligent Tenant Placement and Mishandled Property Sale in Cape Town

Rawson placed a tenant in my property in Strandfontein, Cape Town, without conducting proper background checks. They aided the tenant in securing a false bond, which allowed him to sign an OTP. This situation gave the tenant leverage to lie to us about the house being sold. The tenant strung us along, making excuse after excuse, and our house was never sold.

We eventually turned to Remax, and they managed to sell the property. However, the tenant remained on the property, and Rawson did nothing to relocate him. This situation cost us legal fees, rental fees, and the new buyer could not move in, incurring holding costs for their belongings.
