Bad place to rent

We moved in at Mews@Reds in 2013, they gave us the keys immediately after the old tenant left. No inspection was done. The walls were cracked and the windows in my daughters room were not closing properly they were loose. The toilet seats were broken. The sink was brown from dirt. The shower door was broken, the wall were chipped. The skirtings were ruined because when it rains the rain messes up everything, the walls become moulded and the skirting starts smelling. We also fixed the toilet seat ourselves and tried to tighten the windows. We also had to put up our own dish as the communal dish was ruined during a thunderstorm. When it was time for us to move out, no one came for inspection, we had to leave the keys with the securities. And now they giving us problems with our deposit.
