I have applied for a housing loan with your institution and was granted the loan in march 2015 besides I received a happy call and signed quotation, but yesterday I was told that I need to reapply because one of your consultant did not do his/her job in a that the loan was withdrawn. I have never expected such incompetency in your institution and it is also an inconvenience to me and my family.
