Still waiting for a contract to be emailed to me

29/01/2014 I called infinitum offices at Silverlakes/ tiger valley looking for an accommodation. I was asked to drive to their office and then I spoke to Ingrid showed who me the list of vacant units and she asked me to pay R2500. to secure the place i transferred R2500 same day and emailed her the Proof of payment. Ingrid gave me the contact details of the tenants for Friesland complex (for unit 83 and 49) to make an appointment to go view the units of which I did. I called Ingrid on Friday 21/01/2014 to find that she gave away the place to someone when i asked why did she make me pay to secure the place if she knew she will give it to someone she just transfer my call to her Manager by the name of Thandi who promise to give me another unit @ Hazel meadow, she gave me the remote that could not open the gate to go view the place. i waited at the gate for two hours one guy opened for me then I viewed and sms them to say I'm taking the place and they promise to email me the contract to sign by this morning but still even after I called them several times I did not receive it. I'm not even sure if they did not give it away as well
