Faulty Statements, twice in a month

My wife and I normally receive a statement at the end of each month showing our outstanding amount for rent and utilities. End of January we receive a statement showing that we only owe the amount for the utilities. I realized that this was a mistake and made contact with the person responsible for sending us the invoice, explaining to him that the invoice is wrong, they did not charge us for rent. He then sent us another invoice-no change. We still only owed the utilities, which we then paid. Luckily I decided to save the money I would have used for the rent, as a week later we receive a mail stating that we still owe our rent! After we contacted them to rectify their mistake!!! I know we need to pay our rent, I have no problem with that, but if you send me an incorrect invoice, I contact you to rectify the invoice in your favor! and you still send me the same invoice, and then a week later contact me to claim the money, you should better get your game up. This is poor service. I will pay what I owe, but you are professionals, show it. All and all, since we have moved in, our service has not been ideal. Unfriendly staff not always willing to help out.
