False information provided and no liability taken!

My fianc? and I went onto property24 and found a townhouse that we both liked and we put in an offer for it based on what the advertisement stated (bond and transfer costs included). The Listing Company GLOBAL ESTATES westrand appointed a woman named Kotie to assist us with signing offer to purchase. She advised us (my fiance, I and the agent) that we would not be paying any fees that have to do with transfer and bond costs and she made us sign an addendum under her explanation. Now that the bond needs to be registered, we being told of an amount of R13K and odd rands that we need to pay. I want to lay a complaint of false information provided by Kotie and she is not taking any responsibility in the matter as well. We are very angry and very disappointed by her and GLOBAL ESTATES. We regret having to do business with them due to their lack of interest in having the matter resolved and Kotie not taking responsibility for the mess up that she has caused. We will never advise any person looking for property to do business with GLOBAL ESTATES due to the shadiness of their employees. [URL Removed]
