Rejecting offer after accepeting it

Inspected a property for rental at Wilbridge Park complex at 18h20 on 5/2/2013. I agreed with Ene that I will take the property. I completed and signed my offer and submitted my salary slips, bank statements and ID as per her request. Ene informed my by email at 20h10 that the property was taken. The reason she offered was that the person immediately deposited the contract fee. She then did a credit check and go ahead with the contract. Ene then said that she accepted 4 offers. She did not inform me that she already accepted offers before I arrived or that she planned to accept more offers. I feel that it is contract breach to accept an offer and then reject it afterwards. I did not do anything wrong and followed the process as requested by her.
