On an email dated On 10 Jun 2013 14:27, "Boaz" wrote: 2 bed 2baths one un suite price R4800 water and electricity. he then sends me a lease agreement with the amount changed to 5775.
boaz ravid from Adrienne Hersch Properties now changed this amount on the lease agreement to 5775. when i questioned him he says he doesn't know where he quoted the amount. this is unacceptable cos he made me an offer which i accepted. i have to move in month end and have no place to stay from end june. the place in question is Casino Royale flat 114, 10 Hathaway St Gresswold. i have all the emails from boaz confirming the unit and the cost.
