Bad customer relations

OC Rental is an off campus property rental company. Their personal gives different answers every time I phone to complete the process of moving out and requiring my deposit. When I confronted them about it they were rude and started to shout at me. They invoiced me a ridiculous amount to paint one wall and cleaners to clean only one room (it's only part of a wall). When we said it is to much money and it a ridiculous amount for what they want to do they said they need to paint all of the walls that was painted a year ago.

I received a room that was in very bad condition and now they are invoicing me for what the previous owner neglected (the paint so the walls). This is not the first encounter that I experienced with them where they were rude and unwilling to help me efficiently.

The point is they are rude and have no ability to work with their clients, because every time they have a different answer.
