Emergency number not working

03-12-2013 I posted a complaint regarding this agency and well Debbie threatened to sue me for it. She told me I need to remove the complaint and nothing was done about my complaint. 39 days later which is 12-01-2014 I come back to the flat to find it flooded with my things under water meaning I have no place to sleep and no clothes to wear at work. Century 21 true to their business put an emergency number to call in such situations that when you call it goes to voicemail. They are keeping me to this contract with all these faults and the fact that they can not repair them and I just wonder why they don't even have the decency to maintain the place as I have never missed rental. Debbie would much rather tell me she will sue me when I complain than fix the problems in the flat. I am really sick of staying in this overpriced shack now. I hope people will see what Century 21pmb is a total ripoff and just do not care about their tenants. They are just there to sponge off as much money as they can while housing people in overpriced shacks.
