Dishonesty and lack of Accountability

Ms Billy Rautenbach, you are an utter disgrace as an Agent Principle. Not only do you engage in patronising e-mails in order to save a deal, but you are deathly silent when it comes to responding to, what potentially be damaging publicity outcome, correspondence regarding dishonest disclosures.

Two Issues:-

1 Seller disclosed to SEEFF KNYSNA that there is a roof problem. SEEFF KNYSNA fails to disclose this problem in sale agreement. We are now sitting with a huge problem, that would've had a material impact on the house value.

2. An off-shore boat was included in the deal. Description included in e-mail. Delivery taken and usage of boat for 5 months. Discover that SEEFF KNYSNA gave details of wrong boat. Correct boat is less than 50% of value of boat originally pointed out. That is about R100, 000. This is after I spent R6500 on servicing and repairing the "wrong" boat!

Ms Rautenbach, if you were a businesswoman with any ounce of integrity, instead of pleading ignorance on account of all your worldly travels, you should address your clients' complaints, especially as I paid your inflated Estate Agent Commission, instead of the seller.
