# In 2012-04 I arrived back to the complex I was renting in, I found my garage door had been locked with another padlock. I contacted her that evening. 7 weeks later was the lock removed. Part of the reason for this the numbering of the garages was incorrect which Sue and the caretaker were aware of for 2 years prior to this event. I had keep phoning to get an update status as they were not forth coming with an updates without being prompted.
# The tenants beneath the apartment I had erected an antenna, which was attached to the exterior of the main bedroom, which was causing a clanging sound in the wind. I contacted Sue asking if she, the owner of the apartment or body corporate were aware of this. I received a 'No' and that was the end of correspondence on the issue. Now aside from the disturbance to me, she is responsible for managing the owners property. When she brought prospective tenants around 3 weeks later, I queried her on it (other prospective tenants were there with her before this) and she said she did not see this antenna and was not sure what I was talking about. Yet she did not ask me to clarify or even take a picture for her.
