Amazing customer service and great feedback

I just want to applaud Zodiak in Montague Gardens for their outstanding customer service. When most of my pool cleaner hoses broke throughout December and January I had no idea how I would keep my pool clean seeing as none of the regular stockists (Builders Warehouse, Macro, Brights, Game etc.) could supply me with the Twist-Lock hoses, even after promisiing week after week that they would get new stock. My pool in a mess with me at my wit's end I decided to write Zodiak an email to voice my frustration over the lack of stock in Cape Town. Barely a day passed before I received feedback and Colin, the representative I spoke with even went so far as to offer to deliver the replacement hoses at my house. Within a day or two Colin and the amazing staff of Zodiak supplied me with hoses and got me up and running again. I was very impressed with their friendly and professional service. Something you rarely see in this day and age. Well done you guys!!! I'm officially a fan. (Supplier name corrected from Zodiak to Zodiac Pool Care by Hellopeter.com)
