Security gate installed Jan 2013 STILL a problem

A new security gate was installed Jan 2013, it stops working sporadically and since installation the intercom has not worked. I have been following up all year and we still have no working intercom. I have received numerous responses to my queries to Trafalgar - non satisfactory. I will happily forward all correspondence if need be.
