I have been dealing with Trafalgar now for many months trying to resolve 2 issues;
1. get a copy of the intercom operating procedure and changing the cell number linked to the intercom.
2. getting charges reversed that I believe have been fraudulantly charged - if I could state it like that. basically being charged for demand letters etc that have not and should not be issued.
Every time I contact Trafalgar I get a promise to have both issues resolved. I was also told that management is resolving this. I also stil get the same charges on my account. I find this so frustrating. What's worse is that this bunch is not capable of getting money from the people who are really not paying their levies. If I had the power I would never use them to manage my property as I see no value at all (high levies for liitle return). So for people out there you know where not to go.
