Uvest Letting
Pathetic Service

I recently contacted Uvest about a rental flat advertised in Burgundy Estate. Yesterday morning I made arrangements with Gerrit Kirchner from their Tyger Valley branch for a viewing at 18:30. I SMS'd him when I left the office, but on arriving at Burgundy Estate, I found that his cell phone was on voice mail. I tried calling again (8 times) and eventually got hold of him just after 19:00. He said his battery died, and that he already left Burgundy Estate. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I then made a renewed arrangement to meet him there tonight at 18:00. Again I phoned a few times before he finally answered. He then informed me that the unit I was interested in was taken... not only did he not bother to come to Burgundy Estate, he did not even send me an email or SMS to inform me of this? I have never experienced such pathetic service from a company who advocates professionalism on their website... utterly disgusted at the experience. Will I deal with them again... NO, will I recommend this letting company to anyone? Absolutely NOT!
