RUDE!!!

I contacted the agent regarding a property which was advertised on property24. i asked if the property was available, the only response i got was "NO! ", i asked if there was anything else, he again barked out 'NO! " i asked if something would by some chance become available, again "NO! " was the response, i asked if he perhaps wanted to take down my details if by some chance something does become available, and he said he wasn't interested in contacting me and that nothing would become available. i don't get it... why advertise yourself as an estate agent if you aren't interested in potential clients. But dealing with someone who was so openly hostile and blatantly rude without being provoked in any way whatsoever was not just offensive but was disgusting for any person in a service related industry.
