I sold my property through Lew Geffen in October, dealt with William. What a dodgy character he is, explained to him in details that in order for this deal to work, I would need a bond confrimation before the end of the month as my wife was giving birth on the 18/11/13. This meant we will find a property to move in early and pay occupational rent. Dont worry I have your best interest at heart, NO he didn't, we found a property and got our bond granted only to be told that my buyers bond might no through by William, so we cancelled the deal on our new house and thought that offer purchase will be terminated only to told it has an automatic 30 day extension on the offer to purchase. This was contary to what William had told my wife and I, THAT THE BUYERS BOND MIGHT NOT GO THROUGH AND HE WILL HAVE TO COME AND SIGN THE EXTENSION OF THE OFFER, IT IS NOT NOT AN AUTOMATIC EXTENSION Talk about me not reading the lines and now i am stuck with honoring this deal at a major to inconvenience to my life.. Never again will i use the services of Lew Geffen and William... THEY MAY TALK THE TALK BUT THEY DELIVER WAY BELOW YOUR EXPECTATION.
