The gate

I rent a flat in York Terrace that is managed by the above mentioned agency, Annalicia being the letting consultant that i have been dealing with. a couple of months ago we started having a problem with the gate were i would be late at times for work because the gate wouldn't open and stuff, i must say though that, my biggest issue is not that exactly because i do understand that things happen and stuff gets broken but it was the way Annalicia responded to me everytime i called her and told her about the problem.

she has no way of speaking to people and i have never been this disrespected in my life ever before and i still demand to know who she reports to but she wont tell me because i would love to speak to who ever hired her. she would tell me everytime we spoke, that she has a family and a life to run and that i cant call her in the morning when she is getting her kids ready for school to tell her that am stuck in my flat and am being late for work. my question was who than must i call?

if anyone knows this lady and knows who she reports to please let me know, because she thinks she can speak to people as she likes and get away with it, especially after this weekend.
