Unauthorized Debit Orders, Poor Management

I have multiple things to complain about so I am going to post this in one thread.

I have been renting at Friesland Complex managed by Infinitum - [URL Removed]

Firstly, Infinitum deducts my personal account for rent before my written consent as stated in the contract. This I believe is breach of contract.

Secondly, Infinitum has the worst communication I have ever experienced from any private company; they are never available via mail or telephone. They never reply on messages.

Thirdly, Infinitum does not maintain the properties that are left in their care, wish I could post pictures as proof of leaking pipes, dilapidated furnishings on and in the buildings, scratched and dirty walls and doors, cracks in the walls I can stick my finger in and tons of cockroaches.

Lastly, arrogant management reigns supreme at Infinitum!

If you are doing research, please hear my warning, you will be very disappointed should you choose to deal with this company!
