Interference in private matters

Good day

I don't know which way lodge a formal complain about Tibbi who is responsible for rental stone arch shopping centre at Castleview, Germiston, 1401. I bought salon equipment's at shop 2 from the previous owner (Zelda) and let my partner to run it for 9 months and she never shares and profit from the operation. I decided since the situation I will serve with letter of demand to claim the equipment.

I got the previous owner the equipment to come with when I issue the ex partner the letter of demand. Now Tibbi is sending threads that we wont get equipment's. I don't not see how Tibbi gets involves in matter that do not pertain rent and the building. Please call him into order before we escalate this matter of take action again him
