NEVER sign a lease with AGM

Since I rented a place in December 2012, it has been non stop headaches. The "agent" Tracey doesnt do anything she says she would, then changes her story. First she says that the flat would be cleaned and fixed up. That was a complete lie. We were given a place with stains, dirt, finger paint all over the wall and broken bits and bobs. Werent given a front door key and got told if we want one, we must pay for and change our own locks. This is just a few of the things we have had, there is an endless list, now after getting a notice for painters to jump the wall to paint outside, we told her we werent happy. She still did nothing, end result: Clothes, raw wood chair broken. STILL NOTHING! Wont even take abit of responsibility. Its pathetic and a complete joke! How can you trust someone like this?
