Emails wont stop - even after calling

I have spoken to Sarah Naicker twice already (she no longer answers my phone calls) and asked her to remove my email address from her spamming mail list. She advised that she would - but to date NOTHING has changed. I still receive sapm on a DAILY basis. This is EXTREMLY frustration. I am paying for the data for teh mail to come to my mobile phone - SPAM
