Complete lack of custormer service

We enquired about a property (after office hours) advertised on their website and Private Property. Got an sms response which acknowledged or request. The next morning 08:30 I gave the agent a call on her cell but went unanswered. I later tried the office, which took my details and said that Jenny was not in yet. I eventually phone an hour later and Jenny was still not in the office. After making a bit of a fuss, the agent gave me a call and we had a brief discussion about the property and I requested that we go and view the place - Jenny would phone me back to let me know if she could arrange it an give some more detail on the property. Eventually at 15:30 I decide to stop at their offices on my way home - just to find everybody outside the offices, all having an alcoholic refreshment in their hand - not even concerned about a potential client that walked into the office.

I'm amazed at the rather pathetic service - and this is not the fist time that we received (no service/response) on a property enquiry. In fact the place has been sold 3months ago and they still advertise it.

I guess property sales are booming and they don't need new clients.
