A offer was put in for a nedbank repo house and after two offers they wrote me a acceptance of offer letter as representatives of nedbank after which a deposit were paid by me for R22000 in august and were told that I will receive signed contract to apply for a home loan witch after more then a month of emails and calls did not happen by them they dont react on any emails or calls I openened a case at SAPS for, They acknowledge that one of their agents did wrong but they dont want to pay back my money to me
