Nedbank
16% intrest!!!

I have been a client with Nedbank for 13 years. I have applied for a homeloan and 7 weeks later this is still not sorted. Do not understand me wrong. They did come back and give me this (very good) offer. They would give me a 100% loan. I was jumping up and down and then came the shock. I must thirst thix the house floor before transfer and then to top it of, they charge me 16% intrest. So, who on earth will fix a house wich is not his property. Then our Intrest rate at the moment is 8.5. I could mabe live with 11 or 12%, but where did they get 16% from??? the best for me is that I recieved an letter from Nedbank< telling me what good client I am. Well Nedbank, take that good offer and try to ripoff some one else. I wil rather rent and help someone else to pay off a property before I will be exploited. It is time to get a new bank.
