When will these people be brought to task

I have been reporting here for months, with complaints of gross negligence far outweighing my following complaint! This will be the last time, before I actively seek legal advice against the HPCSA, who are meant to be protecting us as practitioners, yet do more harm!
In summary:
Log: 15 April 2013: emailed naledi with regards to private practice registration... no reply!
25 April 2013: send another email querying the above: get a one line reply asking an irrelevant question, i reply, highlighting the issue in no ambiguous terms, NO REPLY

3 May 2013: send a reminder email. NO REPLY
5 May 2013: yet another reminder, met with the same one line reply with irrelevant question, to which I reply again exacting clear language, NO REPLY!
5 June 2013: emailed reminder again, being very specific in my simple question, to which no reply up until today.

Also phones go answered. This behavior from a "professional" body, warrants investigation, and don't be surprised when you find yourselves on tv at 7PM on a Sunday afternoon!
