No emphathy for their tenants

At this moment im outside at this hour bcos of the way me n my cousin have been treated by the Building manager Bright from Splendid Place (City property) and the nyt shift staff from Manti Security. They have no humanity at all, I understand there are procedures for no visitors when its late but in the situation I am in ryt now with cousing they refuse to let her in regardless of providing a student card, library card showing them a scanned id copy on the phonethey refuse cos she doesnt have an id with her. I am disappointed as when I even called the building manager he refused n emphasised that he is sleeping n asked not to be called. Im sad im still a tenant here Bright isnt a good mngr!
