Estate Management offers shocking service!!!

After months of emails and telephone calls I don't seem to be getting results to solving the dust pollution problem that we are experiencing at my home. I have been in contact with Steve Van Greenen, who incidentally, has not returned one of my calls or messages to date. He has not been in anyway helpful at suggesting resolutions to the problems we have been experiencing and often has no clue as to which sites I refer to.
I have asked him to visit my house to see the damages caused and he has not done this. I have also mailed pictures to Steve which he has not replied to. His response is well you are the only ones complaining that live in Acacia drive.
I have tried to explain to him that its because we have no neighbor on the left and have a neighbor on the right that is hardly there as well as the fact that we are directly opposite the building sites. I have been told the water trucks will keep areas wetted- this has not happened consistently and not at all on some of the sites. Mounds of sand are often over 3m high. The matter has got to a stage where its causing damage to my property, furniture and additional labour to spray down my driveway, paving etc twice a week.
