5 months and still Waiting

Moved out of my flat on the 28th of March this year. To date I've been requesting to the point of pleading for my rental deposit, which I keep being told stories about. On the 7th of Aug I was then told that the process was in its final stage and was just waiting for a signature from a specific manager and that all would be sorted the next day. Its now the 20th. When applying agencies don't want excuses regarding monies needed, yet when its time to pay out the waiting period is ridiculous. I've never had to wait basically 5 months for a deposit refund.
Its hard to recommend this agency to other people and I've been with ddd properties and platinum global and never did I struggle to this extent for my deposit to be refunded.
