Marius Visser of Just Letting Montana Park was appointed as the agent to let our house. In the space of 2 years he managed to put 3 tenants in that all bailed without paying rent, the built-in rifle safe, irrigation system computer and creepy crawly, destroyed the irrigation system which was extensive and spilled paint on a bedroom carpet, ruining it. To top it all, the checklists completed by Marius after each tenant's departure, ticked all the boxes that everything was perfect - no mention of the missing items and damage. He is just as bad as the tenants who bailed, and ruined our place. STAY AWAY FROM JUST SELLING MONTANA PARK!
