Refusal to Repay a Rental Deposit

After a lengthy dispute with an Agent at Marx&Bester in respect of my deposit not being refunded in full (as she claims I dirtied the paint in a Stone Arch unit when she never inspected it before I lived there and has no idea what state the unit was in before my arrival), this Ms Margaret Brink went as far as sending me photos of a completely different unit where the paint was damaged to substantiate her allegation. Even after I confronted her efforts at submitting incorrect photos (which were apparently taken a week before she entered the property when I was moving out) with my own photos of the day I left, she insisted she will not refund my money. The invoice she claims is from the damage I alledgedly caused is hand written by an anonymous person.
She even, with her incorrect photos went on to stating how I lived so dirty bearing in mind that for the entire time I rented the unit, there was barely ever anyone present. It was more a place to store belongings.
Not even the owner of Marx&Bester, Mr M van Heerden responds to the numerous emails I have sent or tries to settle the dispute or offer any assistance.
I can only imagine the number of people they do this to.
