Electricity Metre box blocked

I paid my rent on 6 july 2013 for the month of june 2013. On Monday morning 15 July 2013 i went to purchase my prepaid electricity at Engine Garage, I tried to load it via sms and i got an sms saying my meter box has been blocked. I informed the caretaker and he referrred me to Citiq customer service and i called them and there was no response and i left a voicemail. I called again the following day 16 July 2013 and left 3 voice messages and still no response using my cellphone. I called again on Wednesday 17July 2013 and managed to get through and the consultant who was assisting me unblocked the meter box and informed me that it was an error from their side. I asked the consulted who will be liable for the daages incurred since i had to throw away all the food i had in the fridge and i told her i want to lodge a complain and she told me the meter box has been fixed and she hang up on me. I called again and got through to a different consultant and told her i want to lodge a complain she put me on hold and pretended to be the manager. Eventually thry put me through to the manager Chantelle and she since didnt get back to me. This is bad service. My unit number is 52 Annlin Place
