I bought electricity at Engen garage on Allandale road yesterday (24/07/2013), R200 R100. I followed the instructions but kept on getting this message " We are unable to process your request. Please confirm that you have submitted the correct meter number. Maximum 11 digits. I sent SMSes with the serial numbers to the number provided but nothing happened, I didnt get any response and even when I tried again, I was still getting the same error. My meter number is 11 digits long and I have been using the same meter number to buy electricity from ATMs and other vendors without any issues. I bought the electricity because it was needed, and more than 12 hours later, I still dont have electricity, after sending an email and several SMSes.
