Empty Promises

We had a Wendy House installed by Woody's Wendy's. The installation was completed on Thursday, 16/05/2013. On the following Monday we reported to Woody's that the double doors had warped and showed this to Woody's - they promised it would be fixed the following week. We heard nothing from them until we followed up a month later on 19 June. Since then we have been promised on no less than 3 occasions that it would be done 'the following week'. Last week we were promised it would be done on Monday, 29 July (yesterday). Well, it was no surprise that they didn't arrive and this morning are full of excuses about a broken down bakkie. On none of the occasions that Woody's did not arrive as promised did they contact us to apologise or explain the reason - we always have to contact them to follow up. We bought the shed to relieve a storage problem at our home, and now, 2 and a half months down the line we are still unable to do so as the doors are so badly warped that they don't even close properly and certainly can't be locked. What a massive disappointment and frustration this has been!
